  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We offer nationwide delivery via reputable courier services.
  • Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for major cities; rural areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • Express shipping is optional; contact us directly to arrange a faster delivery.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • [Pending] Free shipping for orders above R750 (South Africa only).
  • International shipping is available; costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup at our Johannesburg address is available by appointment. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before collection.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Certain remote and outlying areas may experience extended delivery times.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
