Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- We offer nationwide delivery via reputable courier services.
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for major cities; rural areas may take up to 7 business days.
- Express shipping is optional; contact us directly to arrange a faster delivery.
- You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
- [Pending] Free shipping for orders above R750 (South Africa only).
- International shipping is available; costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup at our Johannesburg address is available by appointment. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before collection.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Certain remote and outlying areas may experience extended delivery times.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team within 2 days of the expected delivery date at info@luminousera.com.
- We will guide you through filing a claim or assist with a replacement where applicable.
